SilverTiger Support is an online support service that helps users of the mobile applications published by SilverTiger (including MrImposter, Alya, PlsConfess and ByeBed). This document contains the legal notice, terms of use and privacy policy of the site.

Intellectual property

The name "SilverTiger", this website and all of its content (text, design, code) are the property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated. The names and logos of the applications (MrImposter, Alya, PlsConfess, ByeBed) are also the property of the publisher. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

Nature of the service

This site provides customer support for the publisher's applications. It does not sell any product and does not process any payment. See the terms of use and the privacy policy.

B · Terms of use

01 · Purpose

These terms govern the use of the SilverTiger Support website. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02 · Service description

The site lets you ask support questions about one of the publisher's applications. Answers are provided in two ways:

An automated assistant (AI) that answers based on a knowledge base specific to each application;
An optional human support: by tapping "Talk to a human", your message is forwarded to the publisher, who replies to you directly.

03 · Automated assistant

The assistant's answers are generated automatically and provided "as is". They may contain errors or incomplete information, and do not constitute a contractual commitment. When in doubt, use human support or refer to the official information inside the relevant application.

04 · Human support

Human support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, with no guaranteed response time. It is a best-effort service; no real-time assistance is guaranteed.

05 · Acceptable use

Do not use the site for illegal, abusive or malicious purposes.
Do not send unlawful or defamatory content, or sensitive data belonging to third parties.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or bypass the protections of the service.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information (passwords, card numbers, ID documents). Support never needs them.

06 · Subscriptions and refunds

The applications concerned are sold on Apple's App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for all purchases and subscriptions. The publisher cannot bill or refund directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple: support.apple.com/118223. Managing and cancelling subscriptions is done from iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

07 · Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including any decision made on the basis of an answer provided.

08 · Modifications

The publisher may modify these terms at any time. Material changes are indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

09 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

C · Privacy policy

01 · Who processes your data

The data controller is Louis Hubert Cottineau (details above). This policy explains what data is processed when you use the site, and your rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws.

02 · Data we handle

The messages you write in the chat, and the application your request is about.
Your IP address, used only to limit abuse (anti-spam / usage caps).
A random conversation identifier stored in your browser's local storage, to reconnect you to a conversation with human support. This is not an advertising cookie.

The site requires no account, collects neither name nor email, shows no advertising, and uses no tracking or analytics. No data is sold.

03 · AI assistant (message processing)

To generate an answer, and to translate human-support messages, your messages are sent to our AI provider OpenRouter and to the language model that writes the reply. These models may be operated by providers located outside the European Union. Messages are used only to produce the answer and are not used to build a profile of you. OpenRouter's policy: openrouter.ai/privacy.

04 · Human support (Telegram)

If you choose to talk to a human, your conversation is stored on our server (for the time needed to handle your request) and relayed to the publisher via Telegram so they can reply. Messages then transit through Telegram Messenger. Telegram's policy: telegram.org/privacy. Do not send sensitive information through this channel.

05 · Legal basis (GDPR)

Performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)): to handle your support request and reply to it.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): to prevent abuse and keep the service working (per-IP limiting).

06 · Retention

Messages sent to the AI: processed for the duration of the request, not retained by us at that step.
Human-support conversations: kept on the server for the time needed to handle the request, then deletable on request.
Technical logs (IP, timestamp): kept for a short period for security and operational purposes.

07 · Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, email byebedapp@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08 · Cookies and storage

The site uses no tracking cookies. Only one item is stored in your browser (local storage): a random conversation identifier, and only if you use human support. A technical session cookie is used exclusively for the publisher's admin area.

09 · Minors

This site is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

10 · International transfers

To provide the service, data may be transmitted to providers (OpenRouter and the model providers, Telegram) that may be located outside your country, including the United States or other countries. These providers apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11 · Security

Exchanges with the site and providers are made over HTTPS. Access to support data is restricted to the publisher.
